Do you think the Nigerian Police is "reformable"?

Can it possibly be true that the Nigerian police is going to be reformed? The Federal Executive Council (FEC) approved the white paper on the reforms of the Nigeria's police force. Some of their recommendations are:

1. That the National Security and Civil Defence corps be merged with the police
2. That all roadblocks be dismantle
3. That in case of death, the dependents of police officers should be trained free of charge up to secondary school level
4. Efforts should continue to enhance the wage and welfare package of the police

The bill is supposed to aid the fight against corruption.

I hope that these reforms will take effect and that the Nigerian Police force will be more effective.

What!!! Is it all about??? What exactly is the purpose of life? What are we here for? Should we just do whatever we feel like or do we decide what we want to do or is there a specific purpose / plan for each single life? Do we decide to do no harm and help as many people as possible especially those "less fortunate" along this journey of life? Do you ever wonder when God answers prayers? Is it when it is according to His will? If prayers are answered when it is according to His will, so why do we have to ask at all? Ok, because He said we should.... So how do we know when what is according to His will? So, if we ask for something over and over like the woman that pestered the judge and we don't seem to get an answer, is it an indication that what we ask is not according to His will or does it just mean that it is not the right time for the particular thing we asked for? Waoh!!!!!!! I got married! I’ve not blogged in ages and I wonder where to start / continue from. I have not posted anything since I got married. Yeah!!!
