What!!! Is it all about???

What exactly is the purpose of life? What are we here for? Should we just do whatever we feel like or do we decide what we want to do or is there a specific purpose / plan for each single life? Do we decide to do no harm and help as many people as possible especially those "less fortunate" along this journey of life?

Do you ever wonder when God answers prayers? Is it when it is according to His will? If prayers are answered when it is according to His will, so why do we have to ask at all? Ok, because He said we should.... So how do we know when what is according to His will? So, if we ask for something over and over like the woman that pestered the judge and we don't seem to get an answer, is it an indication that what we ask is not according to His will or does it just mean that it is not the right time for the particular thing we asked for?

So many, too many questions plague my mind from time to time.. Sometimes, I ask what it is all about? Is it just vanity upon vanity like the preacher said? Do we just drink and be merry? Are we like rats in a maze? I really wish I had answers to a lot of questions.... What!!! exactly is it all about?

Till we breathe our last, we will have questions. As we search, He gives us answers. Our nature however makes that process never ending. I pray you find answers to the questions that really matter. "The secret things belong unto the LORD our God; but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law." Deut 29:29

I think there's no one answer that fits all; we just need to seek to know what God won't compromise on and do them; a word that summarizes "what He won't compromise on" is LOVE; it needs to drive our motive for doing EVERYTHING - asking, living, etc and i guess that's a whole load of work till we see Baba...lol

I think the questions are already answered. God saw the world was full of questions, so he came down himself and demonstrated what life should be. As we keep our eyes on the pattern son, we get answers to all.

For example - about the less privilege - give.

About Prayer - Agree that God is wiser, so when you pray, say thy will be done. Prayer hence becomes a vehicle not to get what we want, but to become ready and positioned for what he wants.

I think questions birth philosophers, and many of us are in the real context of it, and as we continue to ask, the answers distill and toughen our convictions. I believe after looking at the analysis of the preacher, and the life of the Son, one comes to the conclusion that life ought simply to be lived fully revering God while at it.

Waoh!!!!!!! I got married! I’ve not blogged in ages and I wonder where to start / continue from. I have not posted anything since I got married. Yeah!!!
